I bring far more into my trainings and treatment room than just 20+ years of beauty and massage experience.

Technique is only one part of what I do.

I’m an NLP practitioner, life coach and breathwork practitioner. I’ve spent decades studying human behaviour, communication and the nervous system. And long before I ever had qualifications, I had an innate ability to read people.

I notice what isn’t being said.

The way someone walks into the room.
The way they breathe.
The tension they carry.
The shifts in their energy.
The stories their body tells before they ever speak.

That means I don’t teach from a script, and I don’t treat from a protocol.

I meet the person in front of me.

Whether you’re lying on my treatment bed or sitting in one of my trainings, you’re getting more than techniques. You’re learning from someone who sees patterns, adapts in real time, and understands that no two humans need the same approach.

That’s the difference.

The best practitioners don’t just know what to do.

They know how to read the person in front of them.

Some experiences can’t be explained.

They can only be felt.

This is how I’ve built my reputation over the last two decades.

Not by performing more techniques.
By learning to tune into the person in front of me.

To know when to hold.
When to soften.
When to lead.

Your client doesn’t just remember what you did.

They remember how their body felt in your presence.

Be the regulated nervous system.
Create safety.
Help them come back home to themselves.

That’s where the real work begins.

This is what mentoring with me actually looks like.

We don’t just talk about content or business strategy.

We unpack the stories you’re telling yourself, the way you’re positioning your work, the decisions you’re avoiding, and the things you can’t always see from inside your own business.

Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to shift the trajectory of everything.

I haven’t opened a mentoring container for a while, but last night reminded me just how much I love this work.

We’re not out here doing fluffy facials.

We’re communicating with tissue.

Fascia doesn’t respond to speed.

It responds to slow, sustained pressure and stretch.

One of the biggest mistakes I see practitioners make is thinking more movement equals better results.

It doesn’t.

Rush from technique to technique and you’ll often work around the tissue instead of communicating with it.

That’s why I teach my students to slow down.

Hold.

Breathe.

Your breath regulates your nervous system. Your nervous system influences your hands. And your hands become an extension of your client’s body.

The magic isn’t in how many techniques you know.

It’s in your ability to stay present long enough for the tissue to respond.

Anyone can memorise a sequence.

Few practitioners know how to listen.

Normalise having an opinion without needing a trend to validate it.
