From the mid 30’s, 3 - 4 Exion treatments per year will address so many of the unwanted presentations that gradual collagen loss and gravity are slowly creating.
When skin is lax it allows facial volume to descend quicker. Keep the skin taught and we can slow down the formation of jowls, nasolabial folds and marionettes.
There are many other factors at play in facial ageing but by stimulating collagen and tightening the skin we can slow the process down.
As this treatment is collagen stimulating we can address other skin concerns such as texture issues, acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles.
Exion can be used more safely on a wider range of skin types due to the device having the choice of selecting either insulated and non-insulated tips based on your skin type. It is one of the most advanced devices of its kind using AI to provide real time feedback during your treatment.
It has significantly less discomfort than traditional RF Microneedling devices - and less downtime.

This works by reducing pigment production, minimising redness and inflammation and strengthens the skins barrier.
This medical grade mesotherapy solution is applied during Dermapen 4 treatment, where the Dermapen creates channels in the skin for the W-Tranex solution to be absorbed into the dermal layers.
This treatment is ideal for various types of pigmentation such as melasma, rosacea, broken capillaries and PIH from old acne scarring.
We recommend a course of 4 treatments for optimal results with strict daily SPF 50.
Our package includes a take-home Toskani Radiance Ultimate mesoserum, also formulated with tranexamic acid, to support and extend your results between treatments.

I aim for 3-4 Exions per year to keep the skin firm and tight. Laxity is a gradual decline that results in the presentation of jowls, marionettes and nasolabial folds. These presentations can all be delayed by doing treatments such as Exion to slow down the loss elasticity and firmness. Regular treatments are necessary if results are to be seen over time.
There are no quick fixes for keeping the skin taught. It takes dedication to regular skin tightening treatments such as Exion and PRP.
These are my 2 favourite treatments for treating and slowing down the gradual loss of collagen and elastin in the face, neck and décolletage.
