Body Balance Massage - Remedial Hot Stones

✨ The 128 Hz Tuning Fork & Clear Quartz

As part of my sound therapy work, I use a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork fitted with a clear quartz crystal boot.

Clear quartz is a master healer crystal known for its ability to purify, amplify, and direct energy with focus and precision.

Combined with the vibration of the 128 Hz tuning fork, I use the crystal to work directly over areas of tension and muscular knots, helping to release holding patterns and encourage a sense of relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

The gentle vibration can be felt deep within the tissues, while the crystal adds an energetic element to the treatment — creating a unique combination of sound, vibration and focused energy work.
