It is recommended that he have 10 sessions to remove completely, the goal for this one is to lighten enough to cover. To lighten enough to cover we track progress after each healing stage has completed, this will give us a better idea of how quickly the ink will breakdown to become light enough to successfully cover. Cover up will be done at Black Dragon Tattoo Lounge

Remember during the healing stage it is recommended that you stay very hydrated, and also sweat as much as you can. This will encourage the ink particles to be flushed out of the system at a quicker rate. 💦

Did you know the closer your tattoo is to your heart, the faster it will fade?

This is because the heart is responsible for pumping the blood around the body, which means that following your laser tattoo removal session, the broken down ink particles get expelled from the place of the tattoo and into your blood stream quicker than it would if it was on your ankle or a spot further away from your heart.

I’ve had a few ask how much it’ll be to remove their tattoos, the answer is that it’s different for every client and their individual treatment plan.

We are currently offering packages for your convenience, you have two options of how you would like to pay;

⚡️ pay full amount up front & receive your last two sessions for free
OR
⚡️ pay each session as you go & receive every 10th session for free

To work out a price for your treatment plan, we suggest booking a free consultation so we can come up with the best package to suit you 🤍⚡️

(Also, take a look at the frosting on that section of birds, the very top bird was after the frosting had subsided. The frosting is how you know the laser is doin its thing)

No, your tattoo won't be magically gone after your first session unfortunately 🫠

To determine how many sessions you will need to hopefully get the best outcome of laser tattoo removal, we ask what feels like 100 questions. The answers to these questions help work out which Fitzpatrick skin type you are. The results of this then go into a Kirby-Desai Scale, this is the scale that determines the number of sessions you will need.

As this is not a simple process, this is why we ask that you book a consultation, as we cannot determine how many sessions you will need to achieve the best results just through a message!

The before & after was taken at the first session, the after photo was taken straight after the session was completed. The frosting effect will disappear soon after and then the tattoo will return back to a darker state. Using the above method, to remove this tattoo she will need 12 sessions.
