David Starlyte

Principal Therapist

With over 2 decades of experience across luxury wellness and therapeutic settings, David is a naturopath, psychotherapist and integrative remedial bodyworker. He has consulted as both master practitioner and naturopath at some of the world’s most pristine wellness destinations, including Six Senses, Aman, One&Only, Chiva-Som, and The Ritz-Carlton. He holds Master’s degrees in Mental Health and Applied Buddhist Studies, and his work integrates contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Known for his calm, attuned presence, David is recognised for bringing a level of depth and experience rarely found in a single practitioner. He creates a space where meaningful and lasting change can occur—supporting greater clarity, stability, and connection. “Awareness is our only pathway to living fully in the moment.”

Adrien

Massage Therapist

Adrien is a dedicated massage therapist with more than six years of professional experience supporting clients’ physical comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

He completed his foundational training on Reunion Island, where he mastered three complementary, deeply rooted traditions: the fluid, rhythmic movements of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, the targeted muscular relief of Swedish massage, and the holistic, energy‑balancing principles of Ayurvedic therapy.

Driven by a passion for global healing practices, he has lived and practised his craft across diverse regions and cultures: France, Mongolia, Central Asia, Australia, and the islands of Bora Bora. Each destination brought new insights, allowing him to adapt his approach to different bodies, lifestyles, and needs.

He has also held positions in professional healthcare settings, gaining valuable clinical experience working alongside practitioners in chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, as well as specialised centres for traditional Thai massage. This background gives him a strong understanding of anatomy, tension patterns, and both therapeutic and relaxing bodywork.

Later, Adrien founded and operated his own independent massage businesses, where he developed and delivered a complete range of treatments — from deep recovery work to gentle relaxation — all shaped by the full breadth of his international training and practice.
