How wonderful to have an organisation available in town to provide care and support for those who don’t have a voice ❤️
As you all know how much I love my fur babies, I adopted my 2 bunnies from PH and the other from Perth. Without organisations like themselves, the voiceless won’t have a voice.

Change your pillows every 2 years, change your pillow cases every second night. We have tiny microbes called mites on our face and they love to reproduce with other mites, creating small communities of mites. Additionally, change your pillow cases to silk….. why? Because bacteria and other microbes can’t reproduce in silk, but it’s a field day in cotton.

I said what I said... mic drop 🎤 you may not see any before and afters from clinics that provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments, unless they are treatments like laser and nonprescription treatments. Whilst Australia has never been allowed to advertise scheduled prescription medications (including treatments) it was also enforced to reduce the pressure of people being influenced by unnecessary treatments and standards of beauty.
In saying this, there are treatments available to the public by people that aren’t qualified, or who have a governing body protecting the public from harm.
Nooooo, but you my friends at the TGA and AHPRA can explain why for you.

DEDICATING THIS ONE TO ALL MY HEDLAND PEOPLE.
WE ARE ALL CURRENTLY FEELING DRIER THAN THE SAHARA DESERT RIGHT NOW.
Due to the cold weather, hot weather, humid weather that is alas also throwing us a cat 5 cyclone wind speed… Combine this weather with over cleansing, not moisturising enough, having too many mangoritas at Rays, maybe even having a sneaky cigarette. Yes, our poor skin barrier (which is made up of cholesterol, fatty acids and ceramide) is weakened and damaged which is causing a greater water loss than what can be maintained. The skin then becomes rough, tight, flaky (like gold member), and ever so itchy you think you may have scabies. Fear not, there are plenty of products and treatments we can do to help you during this wild time in Port Hedland.
