I’d like to take a moment to sincerely apologise to a couple of my lovely clients who were recently affected by appointment mix-ups.

I had, unfortunately, double-booked a time slot, & I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

As a solo Massage Therapist, I personally manage all of my bookings, cancellations & rescheduling.

While I take great care to keep everything organised, the busyness of appointments & the occasional last-minute changes can sometimes get a little overwhelming & on this occasion, I got my wires crossed.

It’s certainly not something I want to happen & I’m very grateful for your patience & understanding.

I’m taking extra care with my diary moving forward to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. ❤️

For those of you who are currently booked between now to December, I’d kindly ask that you double-check your appointment date & time with me.

Just a little check to make sure we both have the same details noted. 👍

And a gentle reminder that if you’re unable to make your appointment, please let me know as early as possible.

Your notice means I have the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for a chance to come in, slow down & enjoy some much-needed time for themselves.

Where are my C-section mums??!!

C-sections have categories.
And not every C-section is the same.

Category 1: Immediate threat to mom or baby. There is no time to wait.

Category 2: Mom or baby is in distress. Delivery is urgent, but there is time to prepare.

Category 3: Baby needs to be delivered early. There is no immediate danger.

Category 4: Planned C-section. A scheduled delivery without urgency.

Some moms walk into the OR.
Some moms are rushed in.
Some hear music.
Some hear alarms.
Some remember everything.
Some remember nothing.

Same surgery.
Different circumstances.
Different experiences.
Different recoveries.

And every single one of them gave birth.

Find movement that you enjoy, fits into your life, makes you feel stronger, happier & energised.

Exercise doesn’t have to be extreme, exhausting or all about lifting heavy weights. 💪

Movement can look like a walk outside, Mat or Reformer Pilates, a swim, yoga, dancing, cycling, stretching, playing a sport, a group class or simply getting up & moving throughout your day.

You don’t have to train like an athlete to benefit from exercise.

You don’t even have to love the gym.

Find movement that feels good, fits your life & makes you want to keep coming back. ❤️
