Are you over achieving on your exfoliating? Here are the signs you’re doing too much 👇🏽

We suggest stopping for at least a week, using only gentle cleansers and moisturisers and apply soothing products such as Niacinamide, Ceramides and Panthenol.

Avoid actives such as retinol, strong acids, or vitamin C until your skin heals and use SPF daily to protect your healing skin.

When returning to exfoliating, start slow and generally aim for only 2-3 times per week. If you have typically dry or sensitive skin, this can be reduced to 1-2 times.
