I have started incorporating the use of hot stones back into my practice. This time around I chose to use Himalayan salt stones and I am obseeeessed!

Here’s a few benefits of using these in your treatment:
• these mineral rich stones will pe*****te heat deep into the muscle, helping to release tension.
• the stones are natural salt, so while they have been smoothed out, there is still a slight texture to them. This acts as a light exfoliant on the skin.
• honestly it just feels amazing.

A little reminder that you don’t need to apologise for your body!
Something I’ve noticed (and something I am guilty of) is how much women apologise for everything. For their stretch marks, their slightly hairy legs, their textured skin, their messy hair, for talking to much (no such thing), the list goes on.

As a bodyworker of 6 years, trust me, I’ve seen it all. Nothing shocks me anymore! You don’t need to apologise for being you.

This week marks one year since I started business in Port Lincoln! 🌀🤍🌅
Huge thank you to everyone that has trusted me as their practitioner, cheered me on, helped me out or been there for a meltdown or two.
It’s been a BIG year learning how to juggle running a business while being a mum, but I did it! And I’m so proud.

The community in this town is truely something so special. 🤍

Massive thank you and shout out to .wellness.studio.ep and for having me, and for opening your doors for me while we wait for the renos to be done at the studio.
