7 Moons Relaxation Massage
I take a holistic approach, nurturing not just your body, but your mind and spirit too.

Over the past three years, my little massage room has slowly evolved, just as I have. What started as a lovely but fairly simple space has become something that feels so much more like me.
Little by little, I’ve added plants, crystals, treasures, trinkets and things that have found their way to me through people I love. Some were gifted or handmade by friends and family, while others are beautiful reminders of loved ones who are no longer here with us.
And somewhere along the way, this room stopped feeling like a massage room and started feeling like a little piece of my soul.
I think that matters.
Because when someone comes in for a treatment, I want them to feel more than just comfortable. I want them to feel welcomed, held, safe and able to let go.
Maybe that’s why the room has continued to grow and change, it’s become part of the experience.
Three years later, I look around and see so much more than a beautiful treatment room.
I see memories.
I see love.
I see connection.
I see pieces of the people and moments that shaped me.
When I’m in here, doing what I love, there’s a quiet knowing that I’ve found my place ✨💛

Today, 3 out of my 4 clients were three generations of the same family.. grandmother, mother and daughter. Each having independently booked a treatment, none of them knowing the others had done the same.
What a coincidence 💫
Three generations. One little room. A reminder of how powerful word of mouth really is ✨
Gosh, I love my job 💛
When the world feels a little too heavy, I know where to go 🌊
I give my worries to the ocean and trust the tide to carry them away 😌💫

Falling asleep and snoring during a massage is a sign that your body finally felt safe enough to let go.
When your nervous system shifts out of "fight or flight" and into a state of safety, rest and repair, the body naturally lets go.
Muscles soften, breathing deepens, and sometimes that means drifting off to sleep and even snoring.
In a world that constantly asks us to stay alert, switched on and busy, allowing yourself to completely surrender is something to celebrate.
So if it ever happens to you, embrace it. Your body is doing exactly what is needed. 😌

In a world that rewards constant doing, rest is wisdom.
The nervous system doesn't heal in a hurry. 🌿✨
I’ve just had the most soul-nourishing holiday exploring FNQ. Nature will always nurture me the deepest, and this trip felt like a gentle reminder of that truth. Being surrounded by so much beauty, and witnessing the ancient wisdom of the Daintree Rainforest, still thriving after millions of years was incredibly humbling.
There’s something so powerful about knowing every plant, every creature, every part of that ecosystem exists in harmony, each playing its role in protecting and sustaining life. It felt like nature quietly reminding me that we’re all connected, all meant to move together rather than against ourselves.
I gave myself a couple of gentle days at home to fully integrate the experience before easing back into the rhythm of work and everyday life.
My cup feels very full, and I’m so grateful to return feeling calm, clear, connected, and ready to hold space for others again ✨💛

“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement, the greatest source of visual beauty, the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living”.
David Attenborough 💚
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of spending the day exploring the oldest surviving tropical rainforest in the world. The Daintree Rainforest is estimated to be around 180 million years old. Lucky for me I’m going back again today 💚
