Port Macquarie, i am looking forward to fascilitating a 'Sound Of Being' Journey at Bodiline Yoga & Pilates.

A 90 minute 'Sound Of Being' journey uses meditation, breathwork, and an array of instruments to help reset your nervous system, support your intentions, and provide clarity to restore your body back into homeostasis.

Dates: Friday 13th December or Sunday 15th December

Time : 5.30pm to 7pm

Well what a ride ….
This month marks 30 years of hairdressing for me & of course I don’t know how because I’m only 29 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I have had great privilege with all of the beautiful people that sit in my chair & share their lives with me,
I have laughed
I have cried
I have counseled
I have been inspired
I have picked broken pieces up
I have felt like family
I have watched babies grow up into mothers & fathers
I have celebrated weddings, births,funerals, parties.

You have seen me
Laugh
Cry
Be broken
I have been counseled
You have become my family
You have watched my babies grow up and become parents
You have seen me celebrate weddings,births,funerals,parties.

I would like to take a moment and let you all know that sitting here writing this is making my heart so full.
I love making people love their hair, but most of all I have loved making connections with some bloody great humans, some I will have for a moment and some I will have for a life time.

Look I’m not going to lie ….. there has not been a day that I haven’t tried to charge someone a thousand dollars for there hair cut…… I’m still waiting 🤷🏼‍♀️

Happiest of Saturdays to you all
Today I was gifted a box with celebrate on the top it was filled with pink & blue tissue paper!!!!

It has light up letters inside which spell
H.O.N.E.Y
I’m drinking cocktails this is toooo much 🤣🤣🤣
I even poured the delivery queen one 🫶🏼🤣
Your guess is as good as mine

Ps I’m pretty sure I’m going to be a blubbering mummy tomorrow 😭😭😭♥️♥️

Day 5
Poor Bec 🤦🏼‍♀️🫶🏼

Well today I have no pink anywhere where🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been gifted a blue bag in the blue bag, a Dumbo tea cup and a pair of blue slippers 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maybe the dumbo cup is a sign that I have truly missed a clue🤔🫣🤣

Day 4
It appears that bubbles are in order with a side a jam filled doughnuts, presented to me with PINK streamers thrown at me 🤣🤣🤣😘

Things are getting weird 🫣🤣

So it appears that this week someone in my life is making me play my very own mystery game 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
And my poor bf is the delivery queen of this and it’s driving her mad because I keep saying “Tell me who or what is this about “

Day 1
20 white balloons all with white strings except 2 one has a pink ribbon and one has a blue ribbon???
So straight away my mind is “ A BABY “
Omg Paige ? Omg omg omg 😳 Hugh?
Because because my other 2 children are currently baking bubbas ♥️

I’m going crazy 😜 and taking everyone around me on crazy town tour!!!!

Day 2
An absolutely beautiful bunch of white flowers 😍 ( with a blue & pink ribbon around them)

Today I actually can’t get the grin off my face 🫶🏼 it’s super sweet of whoever you are, still not a bloody clue as to what’s going on🤷🏼‍♀️
Apparently I have to let the journey take me to wherever it does 🤦🏼‍♀️🤯
