Day 3 of Juv'ae | Advancing Cosmetic Nurses, Together Juv’ae | Cosmetic Collective Conference and Awards was all about hands-on workshops, and I was lucky enough to be selected to demonstrate the biostimulator product for my group. It definitely threw me in the deep end, but our model was an absolute dream and gave us the opportunity to work across the full range, creating a beautiful full-face transformation.

The second workshop focused on Bioregeneration with skin boosters, but the real highlight was getting to pick Dr Abs’ brain on longevity, regenerative treatments and the evolving world of aesthetics. These conversations always leave me thinking bigger about how we can support patients beyond a single treatment, with more thoughtful, long-term plans for skin health and ageing well.

Our final workshop was the perfect way to wrap up the conference, set against the most incredible ocean views. We got a close-up look at skin devices in action, with live model demonstrations and plenty of opportunity to unpack the science and technology behind the results.

Now I’m headed home to Port Macquarie feeling inspired, with fresh eyes and plenty of ideas to bring back into clinic. Excited for what’s ahead!

Day 1 of Juv’ae | Cosmetic Collective Conference and Awards conference done and I’m buzzing ✨

We kicked off with an incredible motivational speaker, had three live injecting presentations woven throughout the day, each packed with practical tips and fresh ideas to take back into clinic.

A real highlight was an intimate, invite-only lunch with Dr. Abs talking all things longevity, regenerative medicine, skin boosters and the future of aesthetics.

Today’s conversations have been heavily focused on supporting rapid weight-loss and GLP-1 patients, particularly navigating facial volume loss in a considered, ethical and long-term way.

And for the first time in ten years of conferences, I have my little family here with me too… sneaking in cuddles between sessions makes it even more special 🥹

Day two at Juv’ae | Cosmetic Collective Conference and Awards and the focus shifted to all things business, social media strategy, skin boosters and skin treatments.

So many valuable conversations, more networking, and incredible speakers from both nursing and medical backgrounds. It was also so lovely to snag a photo with Rana FILLER & TOX EXPERT | EDUCATOR | CHICAGO, who graced us with her presence all the way from Chicago.

We wrapped up the day with a Q&A with Juv'ae | Advancing Cosmetic Nurses, Together directors Nicole, Mel and Jacinta. I asked about the juggles of growing a business while still being present as a mum… and judging by the nods around the room, it’s something so many of us are navigating.

Such an honest and powerful way to finish the day.

That evening, I snuck off to the casino with Andrew for a little date night while my mother-in-law came down to babysit our kids. I didn’t win at blackjack, but I definitely enjoyed the game!
