Do you have experience working in a warehouse and are looking for a new role in a small dynamic business?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join the Cosimer team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end order preparation, packing and dispatch process. With 5 different brands (each with their own e-commerce platform), more than 2,000 SKUs, and daily orders from 500+ stockists nationally, the Cosimer warehouse is a buzzing little place to work in!

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves a challenge, has an eye for continuous process improvement and is meticulous about tidiness, accuracy and effectiveness.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed our dispatch time and accuracy targets and your creativity to improve our warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for:
- Preparing packing lists (from our various e-commerce and ordering systems).
- Packing orders in accordance with packing lists and in a rigorous way to minimise the risk of damage in transport.
- Dispatching orders through our panel of couriers to minimise costs while meeting service levels.
- Receiving goods deliveries, validating their accuracy against packing lists and unpacking them into the warehouse.
- Optimising warehouse space and identifying potential improvement opportunities for discussion with management.
- Ensuring that stock is always managed following a FIFO (First In, First Out) principle and monitoring stock levels.
- Participating in periodic stocktake.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse at all times.

The ideal candidate will:
- have a minimum of two years' relevant work experience
- be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and the use of web-based interfaces.
- be process-oriented, have a high attention to detail and maintain high standards under time pressure.
- be well organised and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Permanent full time position.
