This time of year is always bittersweet… I’m saying goodbye to the souls I’ve held space for over the last 6 months .
While watching them leave as more of themselves fills me with so much gratitude ….

I’ve been loving filming my integration calls, the “last calls”… because witnessing someone realise that their original intention , the thing that once felt like the heaviest part of their life is now so far from their reality that they’ve almost forgotten it…

I’m so honoured to walk these journeys with you. 💫✨
I can’t wait to meet the new souls I’ll be working with in the new year

I have full permission to share this voice note and my client’s story, while my client remains anonymous.

Before she began her Elemental Journey, her mind had connected purpose with career… and with that, she tied purpose to permission:
permission to love,
permission to be loved,
permission to become a mum.

She believed she had to “find her purpose” before she was worthy of motherhood.

In her integration call, we revisited her intention:
“I want to let go of any roadblocks that are holding me back from living in my full potential. I feel like I’ve been living without purpose.”

But underneath that intention lived the real longing,
the desire to be a mother.
And the grief of once being told,
“What are you even going to do as a mum?”

Her body took that on as truth.
Her mind protected her by creating the story
“It will only be safe to be loved or become a mum when I have purpose.”

What she didn’t realise was that her “blocks” weren’t failures
they were old wounds asking to be held, loved, and seen.

Through the Five Elements, we unravelled the conditioning that said she wasn’t enough.
We rewrote the belief that purpose must be tied to anything financial or must come before motherhood and could also be motherhood , if that was her truth.

We brought home the parts of her that had been told she wasn’t worthy of love as her whole self.

And as she came home to herself, everything shifted.

By the end of her journey, she opened fully to love…
met the love of her life…
got engaged…
and they are now expecting their first baby.

my clients ALWAYS get what they ask for.
But it never arrives in the way the ego expects.
It arrives in the way God intended…(whatever your meaning of god is is suitable)
in the way your original self would’ve been able to receive
before the mind and body learnt how to protect you from the pain .

this morning…
I woke up and felt a kind of relief and spaciousness in my body that I didn’t even realize I’d been missing.
One of the biggest internal shifts I’ve had in years.

I love being Prince’s mum.
Lala’s aunty.

I love holding space for women to meet themselves in their shadows…
to peel back the layers…
to remember who they truly are…
and return home to themselves.

I’m learning what healthy love feels like.
Finding safety in my body again.
Choosing peace over adrenaline.

Choosing and meeting myself, over and over again ,not in the cute Instagram way, but in the ugly, uncomfortable CHOOSING of self.
