FIVE DAYS TO FIX MY BACK
Sunday 9th July I decided to train slightly different at the gym, by taking my squats as low as I could. On the third rep I felt my lower back give out. Little did I know then I slipped the disk in my lower back.
Monday morning I messaged Andrea to request an isolated Cyro session. He was available so I hobbled to his clinic.
The issue was this I WAS FLYING OVERSEAS, FRIDAY MORNING!!!
Andrea commenced twice daily cyro sessions. I was very compliant and lay on my floor for 3 days and moved only to go to my cryo sessions.
Unbelievably come Friday, although my back not perfect I confidently flew to the USA. My back was significantly better.
I am a huge advocate for the Cyro. Like this s**t really works!!!!
