We’re so excited to share that the Reset Retreat is back!

Hosted by Isabelle☆Stewart & IMOGEN SIST | BPhysio(Hons) | BREATHWORK & SOMATIC FITNESS on behalf of Sum of Us & Happy Melon, the Reset Retreat is coming back to the Peninsula Hot Springs this August.

This special day has been intentionally designed to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more like you again.

Together, we’ll spend the day moving, breathing, and unwinding through:
• Mindful movement, Pilates & mobility
• A deep-dive breathwork journey
• A restorative sound bath
• Unlimited access to Peninsula Hot Springs throughout the day, including robe and locker hire

You’ll also be nourished throughout the day with delicious food and refreshments, plus you’ll head home with a luxe goodie bag filled with gifts from some of our favourite brands, valued at over $300.

Think of this as the reset your mind, body, and nervous system have been asking for.
A full day dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for yourself.
