NO SHOW POLICY

If a client does not show up for their appointment and has not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, they will be charged half the price of their appointment. I understand that things come up and I am very accommodating with last minute cancellations or rescheduling.

However, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time you will be charged half the price ,I work for myself and have to make up the time lost by giving other clients appointments. If you are more than 20 minute late for your appointment, i can also charge half the price of the appointment and cancel the appointment because again, as lash artist I have other clients waiting for me to be able to do their lashes and don’t want to be turning clients away not when I’m a new business, I appreciate all your continued support and hope to see you all soon .
