Through my passion for fitness and wellbeing I have found that recovery is important to achieve the best out of a healthy lifestyle.

I practice various massage techniques, which I believe coupled with exercise is the best form of recovery.

Hi people of Instagram! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ
I thought I would introduce myself for those of you who donโ€™t know me well, and also for the newer followers on my page.

Iโ€™ve always been passionate about health and wellbeing. When I was younger I played various sports, from state long distance running (I donโ€™t know how, considering I do not like running ๐Ÿ˜‚) to athletics, and team sports such as netball and soccer.

At the age of 19 I found my love for strength training. I then went on to compete in a bikini, bodybuilding competition in 2014, and later took up powerlifting for a number of years. Throughout the various types of training my goal was to always build strength and focus on living an active, healthy lifestyle.

I have been a Manual Therapist for 5 years now, treating a variety of athletes and clients with various backgrounds and occupations. I have come to find that recovery is just as important as exercising, and is a key factor in enhancing quality of life and training.

My genuine commitment is to restore functional mobility, optimise performance, and bring body awareness to my clients. I believe that awareness of the importance of recovery is increasing, and I am honoured to provide a service that supports this ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
