Two types of PMU artists after training …
1️⃣ one waits for everything to be perfect, better set up, needs more tools before she can books her first client.
2️⃣ the other takes action follows the plan and gains confidence by compounding her experience working on skin and knowing that doing the work creates perfection.

My students are self led woman who don’t sit in procrastination waiting to “feel ready” I teach them the skills, give them the plan and the templates then they take action and do what they set out to do. I couldn’t be more proud 🥹

A friend sent me that message last week.
And it stopped me for a second because it’s one of the most common brow profiles I work with, and I realised I wasn’t showing it enough.
Fair. Minimal natural hair. Nervous about looking “done.” That is 80% of my clients.
If you’ve been putting off brows because you’re scared they’ll look too much… this is what “not too much” actually looks like.
Most PMU trainers give you 2 days to learn and 1 model to practice on.
Then send you out on your own, most will fail to launch because they haven’t got a portfolio of proof to established trust with potential clients.
I’ve spent 6 years watching what that gap costs artists. The hesitation in their hands. The pricing hesitation .The portfolio that takes years to catch up to their actual skill.
So I built my training differently,
4 days, 5 models. A follow up session a month after training to perfect and practice where they are struggling. A 30 model plan to obtain Enough repetition that precision to complete treatments with ease and establish a portfolio and trust.
I’ve seen the difference in confidence in my students when graduating my training compared to what I had walking out of my own first course 2 day course.
And now I’m going deeper.
A 6 month group mentorship. More practice. More trainers. More reps on the skills and confidence to launch you career.
This isn’t built yet. I’m deciding if it should be.
