How we went at Aquatots....

Aquatots Water Wellness program supports mums in the early stages of parenthood. It's always great to be able to offer some information and take these new mums through some simple but extremely effective msssage strokes.

Strokes for Colic and Constipation can provide instant relief and by the end of the session we always have atleast 1-2 bubs who have let out gas or had a bowel motion and this is exactly what we want from this sequence.

Today I'll be speaking to parents as part of the aquatots Water Wellness program around the benefits of infant massage. We'll also be learning a very specific sequence to support little ones with digestive upset such as Colic, Constipation and Reflux.
