On the importance of bridal trials — I mention this a bit, and for good reason.

This beautiful woman came to me last minute after having a trial with another artist that she wasn’t happy with – she had felt it looked cakey, and didn’t feel like herself. I think it was just weeks out someone gave her my contact and luckily I was available!

This is no shade to the other artist at all (no one is for everyone)! It’s to point out the importance of having a trial before your big day, for both the bride and the artist!

If you’re the bride, and you’re unsure if they’re the right artist for you, I recommend to book a trial early in the process to give yourself the chance to trial with another, or maybe you’re deciding between a few anyway and want to see who fits you best! Research their work and make sure they align with your style.

If you’re confident in booking that artist – you love their style and can see your vibes aligning – then you’re safer to book the trial closer to your big day, when you can trial your ideal look for your wedding day.
