Something we're trying to educate people is that It's about applying good quality oils safely & in the right place.

The most valuable areas of your beautiful body to apply essential oils:

🌿 Soles of your feet: One of my favourite places before bed. The skin on the soles absorbs oils well, it’s beautiful to include in your evening ritual.
🌿 Wrists & pulse points: Blood vessels sit closer to the surface here, creating gentle warmth that helps you enjoy the delicious natural aroma each time you move your hands throughout the day.
🌿 Temples & back of your neck: My go-to when I want to slow down, pause and take a few mindful breaths. (Always avoid applying oils too close to your eyes.)
🌿 Along your spine: I love applying Calm the Farm here as part of my evening ritual. As the spine follows the path of the central nervous system, more powerful if you pair it with slow breathing & relaxation.
🌿 Chest & shoulders: Perfect before taking a few slow, mindful breaths. As the oils warm on your skin.

My biggest tip?
You don't need to use lots of essential oils. A little applied consistently, while taking a few slow, mindful breaths, is often all you need.
