between people, practices, the earth, and spirit.
Each person who enters brings their own medicine, their time, energy, stories and gifts,
adding to a living tapestry of collective healing.

Rooted in earth-based and shamanic practices,
this is a place to remember who you are,
to move intentionally, breathe, rest, be immersed in sound and gather in integrity, sovereignty and respect.

It’s almost 2 years since Aura opened its doors. The time has come for the next phase for this little church in the heart of our community - Aura will close on Christmas Day.
We’ve hosted so many classes and events and wonderful celebrations in the phase of Aura. We are so grateful for everyone who has walked through the door whether to hold or attend a class or event or even just engaging with our posts. Thank you all so very much for your support ~ Namaste 🙏🏻

Simone will be travelling to India so there will be no yoga on the 6th and 13th
