1️⃣ Switch up your moisturiser. Your skin's needs change with the seasons — a richer formula might be exactly what it's asking for.
2️⃣ Keep the SPF on. UV doesn't take a winter break, and neither should you.
3️⃣ Step away from the hot shower. Hot water and heater air feel amazing but strip your skin dry. Lukewarm is your friend.
🐟 Bonus tip for making it this far: Fish oil. Omega-3s work from the inside out to keep your skin barrier strong all winter long.
