It's that time again! Our fashion parade for Central Queensland Animal Rescue is on Saturday 1st November. This is a really fun afternoon, everyone loves it and best of all it raises much needed money for an incredible animal rescue cause. Afternoon tea is provided by our amazing chef, Roel. There's champagne, canapes, fruit and cheese platters ,tea and coffee. Come along and join in the fun. Books a must. 🐾💃🏻🎉👗

What a brilliant evening and a wonderful community at the 'Live Beyond Limits' Dinner Event! It was an honour to share the story of our Guinness World Record run in Antarctica – the barriers we overcame, the lessons we gleaned and our ongoing mission to empower females to be active and be involved in sport. It was inspiring to hear Katrina Edwards, Training Director of National Pilates Training-RTO21719, share her experience on the practice of self-mastery. The night was topped off by a 5-course meal inspired by the Blue Zones and prepared by Chef Roel from Amuse Dining. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Victoria from Wellness on William in planning the event and a massive thank you to Victoria and Celeste @flourishwellness for welcoming me and making my stay so special!
