For those of you who seen this a while ago. Look at the results 😳

This is the pics over the past 8 weeks of my dads ulcer after he has had it for nearly 3 years. So glad he said yes to trying the oils 🙏🏻

I did a late shift yesterday at work & when I got home this was diffusing away. Not sure what oils were used or if any but either way I was pleased to see the leftover residues were spreading around 🤣

Reports of Headlice at school 😑

We haven’t seen any, phew.

This simple spray bottle with tea tree in is sprayed in hair each morning & hats are washed each week.

🤞 that keeps us on the straight and narrow.

Yesterday we switched it up and used “Peace” in our school morning & drop off.

I’m not sure if Mr 5 has just settled in awesomely and was keen to be back for term
2 or if this is the oil for him.?!..

I diffused it and put a little down his spine & he was keen as mustard for school & his baby sister and I even had to ask for a cuddle goodbye..

Not only does it smell Devine, the promotion of feelings of reassurance was clearly what we were missing.

Day 2 of Term 2 today and I’ve got it diffusing, some on my wrists as a perfume & will again apply to his spine.

Holly moly. So good! 😱

Speaking of Easter.

I’ve seen this little guide multiple times today.

I will be eating some chocolate. Dark chocolate my fav & I definitely won’t be running!

School Holidays & the Children & I just got home from a week at my Grandparents where we overindulged on great food & treats.

I’ve chosen to give my digestive system a kick start with doterra’s zendocrine.

1-2 drops in a glass of water should assist with supporting the body for a gentle cleanse. Going to do this each day for 7days alongside some healthy food choices.

Let’s be real though, it’s almost Easter 🍫🍫

Hahaha. This is so me during the school term trying to wrangle a 5yo snail out of the house before 8am. **kforholidays

It’s been an ESSENTIAL part of our journey. Harrison was constantly sick with croup and asthma symptoms as a tot which he stills gets occasionally & as this cooler weather starts to sneak in I often get a bit anxious about sickness & breathing problems.

So, today’s diffuser has easy air, balance & motivate. Preventing sickness, balancing emotions and motivating me to get this house into order before holidays.

I don’t wash our mattress protector each week mainly because it takes a million years to dry. So I freshen it up with purify (a pleasant smelling cleanser) & perfume it with wild orange 🍊

Citrus blends are by far my favourite! They smell so delicious 😋
