Today I honour the fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles and all the pāpā who have come before us, those still here and those who now walk with our tūpuna.
Our whakapapa carries their stories, their strength, their love and the pieces of them that continue through us and through the generations that follow.
To my Dad, my brother, my brother-in-law, my partner, grandfathers and the beautiful men in our whānau who are no longer physically here — you are remembered, you are loved, and you are forever part of us. 🕊️

September is here & summer is coming. All I can say is time flys when you’re having fun.

This month has been full on with visiting the local Anytime Fitness gyms!

Then the man comes home complaining about his sore foot… turns out it’s plantar fasciitis. 🤦🏽♀️🤣
So here I am, back at it again. 💆🏽♀️🦶
I guess my work is never done! Let’s hope he appreciates it. 😉🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to all you beautiful ladies out there.
For me we did it a little different this year. I spent time with my sisters and my daughter at the day spa. A few days before.
My daughter was 40 weeks pregnant at the time & her due date was set for the 8th of May, so being unsure of his arrival, had a hang out day a bit earlier.
Then Saturday morning 6.43am on the 9th of May. Our moko arrived. ❤️… Such a blessing 🍼👶🏽💙.
