4 of the best years running my own beauty business. Younger me would be so chuffed with myself. When I started, it was hard, but the situation I was in before starting was harder and I used that as my drive to want to be the best at anything I do. There is so much power in people not believing in your dream, now look at me 😉

I was 23, felt like I was at rock bottom, mental health in the gutter but I knew deep down I had the drive within me to be successful. I’ve always had that fire in my belly.

I had just moved to Rosebud, knew no one except for my housemate, I marketed, promoted and advertised my little heart out whilst juggling another job. I was doing clients in between split shifts, working on Saturdays and Sundays to build my clientele. Weekends until 6pm if that’s what it took. And 9 months later, I was lucky enough to do this full time. And how fortunate am I to still have a lot of those day one clients today and be booked and busy.

Starting something is so hard, it takes time, drive and encouragement from within, you’ll never be great at something at the start- that’s simply just life!! The come back is always better then the set back. I count my lucky stars for everyone who believed in me, in times when I probably didn’t believe in myself. I was simply just a girl from the country, wanting a better life for myself. Thankyou to all my clients and the clients who have turned into friends and my family, I wouldn’t be here today without you all🤍
