Hi, I’m Mona, founder of Neo Ayurvedic Teas, and welcome to my **Cold Brew Tea Series**, where I’ll be making a different cold brew tea every week!

Today, we’re starting with the classics: **English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Jasmine Green.**

You might normally drink these hot, but trust me… they are **SO good cold brewed!**

Here’s how I do it 👇

🌿 Add a few teaspoons of your favourite tea to a glass jar.
💧 Cover completely with cold water—make sure all the leaves are submerged.
❄️ Pop it in the fridge for **12–24 hours**. I left mine for 24.

Give it a good shake, strain out the leaves and **that’s it!** Your cold brew is ready to drink.

It’s already perfectly chilled, but add ice if you like. 🧊

The result? **Smooth, refreshing and deliciously low in bitterness and tannins.**
