As a client it’s your right & really your responsibility to ask your tech some questions especially in an unregulated industry.
Most insurance companies will not provide cover if you do not have or are not enrolled in training.
Having said that, there are also No requirements to fulfill to become a trainer.
Now question 3 may not be so important if you get Yes to 1 & 2 because we all have to start somewhere.
If your tech is just starting out, expect your service to be longer than international standards.
