You must pay a non refundable 20% deposit when booking, to secure your appointment. This will come off your total bill after your appointment has completed.

🟢You will receive a confirmation text message*** shortly after booking, with a secure link to pay your booking deposit of 20%. This will come off your total bill, once your hair has been completed on the day of your appointment.
🟢You MUST PAY YOUR DEPOSIT to secure your appointment. You will receive a reminder text message approximately 48hours before your booking. ( *** if you don’t receive a text message, please call the salon as soon as possible, to check your details are correct).

🟢You MUST REPLY to our text message***
YES to confirm or NO to CANCEL your appointment.

🟢Please note: if we haven’t received your YES to confirm your booking, it will be cancelled without notice . Thank you for your understanding and respecting our valuable time to book others in your place.
🟢You MUST give a minimum 24-48hours notice if you are unable to commit to your appointment or need to reschedule. Failure to do so, will forfeit your booking deposit to studio 77. Please respect our time and our small business. Thank you ❤️🙏🏼
