A rich, seamless colour refresh while keeping the ends softly toned to create a natural, dimensional reflect through the hair.
Rather than creating one solid shade from roots to ends, we preserved subtle variation throughout the lengths — giving the colour depth, movement and a beautifully lived-in finish.

Whilst on the journey of lightening our beautiful client from years of black box dye, our promise from the beginning has always been hair health first.
Transformations like this aren’t meant to happen overnight. Constant bleaching and over-processing can compromise the hair, causing dryness, weakness and breakage, which is why we believe in allowing the hair time to rest, rebuild and recover between lightening sessions.
For this appointment, instead of pushing the hair further, we focused on giving it exactly what it needed: a touch of protein reconstruction, strengthening and healing to help restore the hair and prepare it for the next stage of our journey. ✨

Our client came in with a heavy, solid blend from a previous balayage (not our work) and rather than adding more unnecessary lightening, we focused on creating softness, dimension & balance 🤍
We kept it minimal with just ¼ head of strategically placed foils, lightly blending through the existing colour while adding thicker, brighter pieces around the face for a more defined face frame ✨
The goal wasn’t to add more blonde, it was to make the blonde already there look more intentional, dimensional and beautifully blended.
Sometimes, less really is more. 🤍

I am incredibly honoured and emotional to announce that I have been named a finalist in the Australia-wide Women’s Champion Masters Awards for small business hairdressing 🏆 selected from more than 3,500 entrants.
I am truly in shock and still trying to take it all in 🥹
At just 24 years old, I took a leap of faith and started my own business with a dream, determination and no idea where the journey would take me. I never looked back and now, eight years later, to receive this recognition feels incredibly surreal.
This achievement belongs to every client who has walked through my doors, trusted me with their hair, recommended SEC HAIR and continued to support my business throughout the years. Your loyalty has allowed me to keep doing what I love, and I will never be able to thank you enough.
