After successfully completing the Dry Needling course with CPD Health I'm excited to introduce this modality to our services. Let's chat about how dry needling can help you at your next appointment 😃

The results we have seen from our PEMF Therapy have been amazing - from instant reduction of pain to feeling more relaxed and calm. Contact Naomi to discuss how this incredible therapy can support your wellness 😃

We're thrilled to officially introduce Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy to our service menu! PEMF is a non-invasive, drug-free technology that uses gentle, low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to stimulate your body’s natural recovery processes.

Think of it as a wireless charger for your cells. By optimising your cellular energy, PEMF helps to:

✨Boosts blood flow and oxygen delivery to accelerate natural healing.
✨Helps reduce inflammation by encouraging the natural detoxification process
✨Assists recovery from intense workouts or physical stress.
✨Supports better sleep
✨Improves cellular communication and promotes microvascular function

Experience it in-studio, or bring the power home: While our in-studio sessions are perfect for targeted relief, achieving optimal, long-term benefits comes from daily use. That is why we also offer the exact same professional-grade PEMF devices for purchase; allowing you to invest in your family's daily vitality right from the comfort of your living room.

Ready to feel the shift? Contact Naomi on 0414 424 610 to book your consult or add this service to your massage appointment.

We have some very exciting things coming to Action Massage over the next few months!
Next month we will be introducing Pulse therapy with PEMF & Terahertz as a stand alone treatment or combined with your massage.
July should see our health fund rebates becoming available (subject to processing times) Then in August Naomi will have completed her Dry Needling Course and this modality will also be available as part of our remedial massage services.
We will post more information and updates over the coming weeks so stay tuned 😃
