Please read before making your appointment, once booked and confirmed you agree to the terms and policies of Colour Me Crazy

Bookings
All bookings can be made online through the “book now” button or over the phone on 0400-168-405 in business hours or Mondays between 10am and 3pm. When making a booking please ensure you give your full name and number, this is so I can book you in accordingly and you get the reminder messages to confirm, if you have not confirmed by the day of your service, you will be removed form the appointment book and charged a no-show fee of up 50% of your service price. If you have not confirmed 24 hours before your appointment, I will personally send you a message to confirm. Cancellations
Here at Colour me crazy we understand life gets in the way and sometimes you cant make your appointment last minute all we ask is if you can to give us a minimum 12 to 24 hours notice as there is a late cancellation fee of $50 (for services over the $50 value) or 50% of your service price. However, if you call with short notice due to children,family or work reasons here at Colour me crazy we do understand! Enquiries
I understand we all have questions and want answers straight away however I get a lot of enquires a day and it does take over my family life. Its because of this I will be answering all enquires during business hours and on Mondays between 10am and 3pm. Arriving to your appointment
Please try to arrive to your appointment on time, if you are 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, your service will either have to be shorted or rescheduled, as I have back to back clients I cant afford to be pushing other clients times back and affect their time. Please be aware just 15minutes late can make me run a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes late the whole day which affects everyone not just me. Thank you

New Clients
Please ensure you have read the terms and policies before coming to Colour me crazy, please be aware on arrival you may be asked to fill in some consent forms and consultation forms. After hours and public holidays
If the set hours do not suit you, please let me know I am happy to work Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays (if I am available) however there are surcharges on weekends and public holidays there is also a $50 no refundable deposit that will come off your total price on the day. Saturday $10
Sunday $30
Public holidays (not including Christmas) $50
Boxing day $70

Payments
I am mainly a cash-based salon, however if you do not carry cash, you can pay id me, information of my pay id will be displayed in salon for you to add to your banking. If you are paying with pay id, I will need a screen shot of the receipt sent to my phone. If you can not do pay id or cash for any reason and can only bank transfer that is totally okay I will can give you my BSB and account number however if it is your first time paying through bank transfer you will need to transfer $30.00 deposit 48 hours prior to your appointment (which comes off your total cost on the day) to make sure the funds will go through on the day, please also send a screen shot of the receipt to me.
