Around 10 years ago, this was me sitting for hours trimming every loose thread by hand before each heat pack was packed.

Back then, Wili Heat Bags was run from our spare room. For the first five years, I’d completely outgrown the space. Couriers were constantly coming and going, customers were picking up orders, and it often felt like an open house. The kids’ cubby house became extra storage, and there were plenty of late nights spent sewing… and even more hours snipping threads 😜

I never imagined this little business would grow from our spare room into a brand supplying stores all around Australia.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come, from a spare room at home to supplying stores right across Australia.
