Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate all clients who take the time to comment on their experience. However, weβd like to clarify that you arrived 10 minutes late for your appointment, and your daughter arrived 27 minutes later β this is clearly shown on our CCTV footage.
Despite that, our team still welcomed you politely and did their best to provide the service within the remaining time.
We take pride in treating everyone with respect, regardless of their background or accent. Itβs disappointing that your review focused on judging our staff personally instead of the actual service.
As for your remark about our salon being βquiet,β please rest assured β our salon is never short of lovely, loyal clients who truly appreciate our work and positive energy.
Given your attitude and disrespect toward our staff, I kindly ask that you do not return to our salon in the future.
