Wellness, to me, means pouring from a full cup rather than an empty one. Life can feel so rushed and chaotic, and often we’re the last people we actually take care of. Taking the time to slow down, feel present and reconnect with ourselves is such an important part of truly filling our cup.

A summer day at the beach with my husband and our two boys. Sun, salt and sand.
☕ Coffee, tea or cacao?
Sacred Love Rose Cacao every night before bed. The perfect little nighttime ritual.
☁️ Favourite way to switch off
An hour-long float session or the Floating Cloud ritual.
🎶 What's something you might not know about me?
My husband and I love collecting vinyl records. We play them for our boys most nights. They choose which one goes on and then we all dance around together. 🤍

When Jake and I first dreamed up Soult, we knew we wanted it to feel different. We wanted to create somewhere people could come exactly as they are, slow down, switch off and genuinely feel looked after.
So hearing our clients talk about what Soult means to them is pretty special for us.
We can talk about what we offer all day long, but hearing it from the people who actually walk through our doors means so much more.

Meet Lily 🤍
One of the beautiful faces behind Soult and part of our Wellness Host team. Lily has been with us since day 1 of opening Soult.
Outside of Soult, Lily has a huge passion for health, movement and wellness. She’s a Pilates instructor, plays netball, loves long-distance running and travelling, and is currently completing her Certificate III in Fitness.
Next year, she’ll return to university to continue her Nutrition Science degree, with the dream of becoming a sports dietitian, hopefully one day working with elite athletes, sporting clubs or even at the Olympics. ✨

What does wellness mean to Lily?
Feeling strong, energised and confident in her body, while also feeling calm, grounded and emotionally balanced. Nourishing herself, moving in ways she loves and creating a life that genuinely feels good from within.
What does she hope you feel after spending time at Soult?
Lighter, calmer and more grounded. Like you’ve had the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and feel genuinely cared for physically, mentally and emotionally.
And her perfect day off?
A warm sunny day, gym or Pilates, a delicious breakfast, walking the dogs, coffee with Mum, then spending the rest of the day at the beach soaking up the sunshine and jumping in the ocean. 🌊☀️
