Today we’d like to introduce one of our therapists, Ethan.

When Ethan first joined Zen Chinese Medicine, I asked him why he chose to work with us.

He told me that he wanted to work in a clinic where treatment quality, professional standards and long-term development genuinely mattered.

From the beginning, Ethan has always been serious about improving his skills. Even during quieter periods, he would spend time practising techniques, learning and developing his treatment approach.

Over time, he has continued to expand his skills in areas such as remedial massage, dry needling, cupping and lymphatic drainage, and he has gradually built a loyal group of regular clients who specifically request him.

As a business owner, it is genuinely rewarding to see a therapist grow this way.

We believe private health insurance should support genuine treatment provided by qualified practitioners. Professional standards, accurate claiming and ethical practice are not optional extras — they are part of the responsibility that comes with working in this industry.

At Zen Chinese Medicine, we value therapists who take their profession seriously, continue learning and treat every client with care and integrity.

We’re very happy to have Ethan as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing him continue to grow.
