The Beauty Lair by Jessica

I would like to start this post off by expressing how grateful I am for the overwhelming support I have received since starting up The Beauty Lair. The success of this venture was more than I ever could have imagined and it is all because of my amazing clients! 💛

I have absolutely loved lashing all of you beautiful ladies over the past year but unfortunately the time has come for me to move onto a new adventure.
I have decided to accept a position in a new field of work beginning in the new year.

I am so thankful for each and everyone of my clients and I will miss seeing all of your beautiful faces each week! If anyone has any questions about anything please feel free to send me a message!

Also a big thankyou to .browsandbeauty and the lovely ladies at .with.flair for all their help 💞

If you have an appointment this week everything remains the same and I can’t wait to see you all one last time before the new year begins. 🖤

🎄CHRISTMAS WEEK🎄

Some of my early clients may have already visited me here at the beginning of the year! I will add the new address to all confirmation texts to remind you of the change! Also Christmas is coming up so quickly and my books are already filling up like crazy 😮 I will be working extended hours but please make sure you are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

🌟CANCELLATION POLICY🌟
Please have a read below so you are aware!

Due to frequent no shows and last minute cancellations I have made the decision to bring in a cancellation policy.

This is not directed at anyone so please do not take offence to this!

Unfortunately no shows and last minute cancellations are becoming a regular thing and as my books are filling up a lot quicker I have the ability to fill these spots only IF I have enough notice and can contact and schedule with another client.

Having people not show up or cancel at the last minute has a huge effect on a small business like my own. That is time and money I lose. Majority of the time I am already at work with product set up ready to go.

The entire policy will be available to view when booking appointments online.

Cancellation policy:

* Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
* If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment cost.
* Any no show client will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost.
* All full sets of eyelash extensions booked must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. (You can either do this through the booking website if booking online, A bank transfer, Over the phone or in salon!) This deposit will come off of the total cost of your appointment and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please remember it is your responsibility to remember when you have scheduled your appointment! You will now receive a reminder text message 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

I completely understand that sometimes unexpected situations can happen resulting in you needing to cancel or change your appointment I just ask for notice if you cannot attend!

I hope you can all understand the need for a cancellation policy like this to be in place. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message!

INTRODUCING RUSSIAN VOLUME LASHES!

Recently I went to Brisbane to learn the awesome lashing technique of Russian volume with the amazing .

Each Russian volume lash is fanned on the spot resulting in a more customised set. Russian volume lashes can appear fluffier, thicker and darker than premade volume lashes and can be lighter on the natural lash 😍

For the month of august I will be offering full sets of Russian volume lashes for $170 (normally $220)

For all my current lash clients, there will also be free removals if you were wanting to swap over to the Russian volume!

Please note! This is a new technique for me meaning full sets will take a bit of extra time so please be aware you may be in salon for a little longer than normal until I become faster 😊

DM to book your appointment or book via the “book now” link on our page!
