I didnāt set out to make objects.
I just kept noticing the space around the ritual.
The pause before. The moment after. The way certain things seem to belong there, even when theyāre doing nothing at all.
Itās been quieter here, but not absent. The work continues, even when it isnāt always shared.
Skincare is still very much at the heart of my work. Every formulation is made as it always has been, and always will be. But somewhere along the way, my hands started following a different line as well.
Guseli Design grew from that. Not planned, justā¦ persistent.
Objects shaped slowly, where material and form are given time to settle into themselves. Pieces that donāt ask to be the centre of attention, but feel incomplete when theyāre not there.
This is Monolith No. 1. A sculptural vase, hand-cast in a mineral composite, with soft marbled veining that will never repeat.
