【What you need to know about sharpening (repair) service】
In order to use your scissors for a long time, it is important to sharpen properly on a regular basis. Sharpening of hairdressing scissors requires precise adjustment, so we recommend you to ask a manufacturer who is professional and familiar with the product. If you don't sharpen it properly, it will be dull, split ends will easily come out, and hair will be damaged. In addition, low efficiency of cutting will make you tired and may hurt your wrist. In the worst case, the scissors cannot be restored. Unlike the new products, used scissors are in a different state one by one. Sufficient knowledge and experience are required to sharpen and repair products, but we sharpen around 1,000 pairs a month and are trusted by our customers.

【Package renewal】
From June 2021, the package design of Joewell scissors will be renewed gradually. The new package is designed based on white, with the embossed logo. While using eco-friendly paper materials, we selected texture of paper material carefully to deliver value of the product to our customers. Urethane material is used on the inner surface as before to protect the scissors during transportation.
