As we approach the Christmas period, my appointment availability becomes extremely limited, and there is a high demand for bookings. To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

These fees are required to be settled prior to making any future appointments at the salon.
Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated during this
busy time.
