To my beautiful, ever so supportive clientele.
I (Laura) am writing this to inform you all of my decision that I'll be returning to drop of colour after this lockdown only on a part-time basis for the foreseeable future.
This pandemic has put us all in very difficult times but as the true resilient humans that we are, we've pushed on. I feel absolutely blessed that some wonderful opportunities arised for me in this latest lockdown.
I still absolutely love doing hair and I truly do look forward to returning however as we have seen throughout this pandemic, lockdowns are inevitable! After having almost 200 days closed I need more security and trust with the governments road map going forward to return on full time basis.
Appointments will now be more slim than ever so I will be contacting those who missed an appointment during lockdown and hopefully we can re book you during the space of my new salon opening hours but it is with a very heavy heart I wish to let you all know that I will not be able to service the same volume of clientele going forward. Thank you for all of your messages of love and support, my heart is so full. I know each and everyone of you will understand why I've had to make this decision so again a huge thank you!
Better days are coming and rest assured I have no doubt I'll be back full time when the timing feels right. 😊🌻💕

I'm going to list a few very important notes below so if you are a client please be sure to read.

💉💉 As per government requirements to reopen we will at this stage only be able to take bookings for double vaccinated clients, in saying this we do need to visually sight your vaccine certificate upon arrival.

For those clients who had an appointment during lockdown please refrain from calling the salon as we will be in contact with you.

You may receive a call from the salon number or an unknown/private number as some of these calls won't be made from the salon landline.

For our clients who had an appointment that was missed during lockdown, we will be rescheduling clients in chronological order and then IF appointments are available we will make contact with regular clients who have made an enquiry in regards to an appointment.

If you had an appointment during lockdown that you do not wish to reschedule, please let us know ASAP.

Available appointment times are very limited so please try to be as flexible as you can be so we can best accommodate you as there will only be minimal options as this time of year has already been pre-booked well ahead of time.

Also please remember face masks are to still be worn throughout your service and we ask that you cancel your appointment if you have even the slightest symptoms of COVID-19, the safety of our staff and clients is of the highest priority. We will also not be hesitating to cancel clients if our team members develop symptoms and need to be tested.

We are looking forward to getting back to some kind of normality, please remember to be kind! We respect you as our hair family and we wish to see the same respect in return as we emerge from what has been a very difficult time. Please know all your messages are being received but it isn't possible to get to every single one of you in a timely manner. 💕

It's that time again, lock down 5.0 has us closed until Wednesday the 21st of July. ✌

- Please note that we will not be making any new appointments at this stage until all lockdown appointments have been re made as the availability is extremely limited over the next few weeks, all new appointment enquiries are welcome but will be place on the waiting list. Hope you're all doing well after another lockdown! Please take note of the below in regards to future appointments.

• Just reminder for those who had an appointment during this lockdown that we will be in contact with you to reschedule so there is no need to contact us.

• If you are wanting to make an appointment please be mindful that we are heavily booked for this month and March is filling up very quickly, Thursday evenings and Saturday appointments are fully booked untill end of March - those times in particular are booking up 6 weeks ahead of time so we encourage you to book in advance if you know you need one of those days to avoid disappointment! 😊

• lastly if your call goes to the answering machine, please leave your name and contact number clearly, we are very busy on the tools and we will return your call as soon as possible. Your message needs to be clear, if you don't hear from us it is because we were unable to recieve your message clearly. 😅

Just a friendly reminder that we are back in the salon this week after our wonderful Christmas break.
We have loved seeing all of your beautiful faces in the past few weeks however masks are again mandatory indoors which means you will need to be wearing your face mask before entering the salon for your appointment! 😊😷

Also please be aware that if you present with ANY cold like symptoms we will need to decline service and reschedule you so please DO the right thing for your stylist and other clients in the salon and call ahead to reschedule if you are unwell.
It goes without saying that it is also important that if you or another household member are awaiting covid test results or have potentially been in contact with a positive case you must cancel your appointment immediately.

Thank you for taking the right steps to protect us and keep us safe and please be assured we are doing what we can to keep all of you protected and safe too.
