sora is a holistic treatment space in shellharbour, NSW — somewhere slower and more intentional than a day spa or a clinic.

we work with deep body knowledge, not quick fixes. buccal facial, TMJ treatment, lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, massage.

I see it constantly right now people who don't even realise they're clenching until their jaw locks up or a headache creeps in by 3pm.

most people just live with it. mouthguard at night, maybe a heat pack, and it comes back anyway.

here's what changed how I approach this: the jaw isn't an isolated muscle. it's tied into posture, breathing, the nervous system the pattern builds there long before you ever feel it in your jaw.

that's why I trained specifically in the face up™ jaw release a structural approach, not a surface one.

it's the only treatment of its kind in the illawarra right now, and it's a big part of why I'm opening sora.

your lymphatic system is your body’s drainage network. It does not pump on its own, it relies on movement and breath to keep fluid flowing and toxins clearing out.

when that flow slows down, fluid doesn’t just disappear it pools. that’s the puffiness in your face, the heaviness in your legs, the “stuck” feeling in your tissue that won’t shift no matter how much water you drink.

it’s not random. it’s congestion. and it can be moved.

brazilian lymphatic massage works with your body’s own pathways to help get that flow going again, from the inside out.

lymphatic drainage isn’t just a “relaxing massage” it’s a manual technique that supports your body’s natural detox system.

your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your heart does it relies on movement to keep fluid moving. when it slows down, you feel it: puffiness, heaviness, that swollen feeling that won’t shift.

brazilian lymphatic massage uses rhythmic, firm strokes along your lymphatic pathways to help:

↳ reduce fluid retention + puffiness
↳ support your body’s detox pathways
↳ address post-surgical swelling
↳ improve circulation + skin texture
↳ ease that heavy, sluggish feeling

it’s not deep tissue or painful it’s working with your body, not against it.

because the puffiness was never a hydration problem. it’s a drainage problem.

your lymphatic system is what clears the fluid, toxins and tension sitting in your face and when it’s sluggish (stress, poor sleep, screen time, clenching), everything just pools. puffiness. tension. that “swollen” look that no amount of skincare touches.

our facial lymphatic work is designed to actually move that stagnation draining what’s built up, softening tension in the jaw and cheeks, and letting your natural contour come back through.

not a mask over the problem. addressing what’s underneath it.

you’ll walk out lighter. depuffed. like your face exhaled.

your jaw isn’t the problem. it’s the messenger.

clenching. headaches. that puffy, tired look by 3pm. we treat these like separate issues but they’re not. your jaw is wired into your posture, your breathing, your nervous system, your sleep. tight jaw, tense pelvic floor. shallow breath, poor recovery. it’s all connected through fascia.

most treatments work on the jaw alone. that’s why relief never sticks.

we go to the root. jaw tension isn’t random it’s a pattern, and patterns can be corrected.

Our Signature Lymphatic Sculpting Facial is designed to work with your body’s natural lymphatic system to encourage the movement of excess fluid, reduce facial puffiness, and restore definition where fluid retention can soften your features.

Using slow, intentional lymphatic drainage techniques combined with sculpting massage, we help guide stagnant fluid toward the lymph nodes, where your body naturally processes and clears it.

Every treatment is tailored to what your body needs on the day. We don’t follow the same routine for everyone because no two bodies present the same.

Our intention is simple: to create a space where treatments are thoughtful, personalised, and focused on supporting your body’s natural function while giving you time to slow down and reconnect.

“It’s just water weight.”

You’ve probably heard that one more times than you can count. About the puffiness, the bloat, the heaviness you feel by the end of the day in your face and through your body.

Here’s the truth it’s not water weight, it’s your lymphatic system.

Your lymphatic system is what gently moves fluid and waste out of your tissue. When it’s flowing well, your face looks lighter and more defined, and your body feels less swollen, less heavy. When it’s sluggish stress, dehydration, just life everything sits there instead of draining. That’s the puffiness. That’s the bloat. That’s the tired, heavy feeling that has nothing to do with how you slept or ate.

Brazilian Lymphatic Massage works with this system - rhythmic pressure through the face and body that encourages your lymph to move the way it’s meant to.

The result: a lighter, brighter, more awake looking face, and a body that feels drained, de-bloated and lighter on its feet. Not a quick fix, just your body finding its natural rhythm again.

SORA opens August 10, inside Yoga Glow Collective, Shellharbour.
