Finishing my last post of 2023 with the last beautiful Bride I looked after this year, Penny! We created a beautiful soft eye with wispy lashes. Penny is also a DrNC bride, under my wing using the skincare I recommend and retail by Dr Natasha Cook, and her skin is looking radiant, hydrated and well prepped for me; meanwhile DrNC supporting her skin in the best possible way for every day.
