I will be re-opening my remedial massage therapy on Monday 3rd Feb.. has been a long break.... as you may already know I have completed the Decongestive Lymphatic Drainage Course... it's all about oedema, lymphoedama, pre/post surgery treatments, building immune system, pain relief, lipodaema, and so much more.. I Attended a course back in 2019 and updated over the holidays.. I will post info about what DLT is all about for those who have already enquired.. thanks for your patience.

Getting older is a privilege denied to many. To all of my female friends from 50 years and up... most of us are going through a challenging phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, grey hair, and extra pounds. We've run households, had careers, raised families, paid the bills, dealt with sickness, sadness, grief, and everything else life has assigned us. We are survivors... we are warriors in the quiet... we are Women...aged like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies are not what they once were, they carry our histories, our souls, our courage, and our strength. We should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many.
Enjoy every minute. 💜

Across the lifespan, lymphoedema can present for a number of reasons. We aim to build on previous lymphoedema awareness week campaigns and continue to create a community of awareness of lymphoedema.
