‘Happy Heidi’ remembered with love ‘Happy Heidi’, as she was known by many, was a plant-loving, passionate music fan, who ran a hairdressing salon where she considered her clients her family.

I am overwhelmed with the support I have received from the wonderful clients and friends my beautiful Mum Heidi cherished throughout her years of hairdressing.

Mum’s Memorial, held today, at the salon she truly adored was so heartwarming. It was lovely to share stories, memories and moments together, in honour of Mum Heidi.

I can wholeheartedly say ‘mums clients are her family’

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you all, not only for today, but to all whom have picked up the phone, messaged, or provided a gesture in memory of Mum Heidi.

your compassion truly has provided comfort to Myself, Ricky, Hunter, Ellie and Dad Bernie at this time of heartache.

I am grateful to you all, and know how special Heidi was to you in more ways than one.

Don’t Forget to RSVP, Heidi’s Memorial 14/09/2025 🌷

as you may or may not be aware, Vishair Hairdressing’s last day of operation was 06/08/2025 as business owner and operator Heidi sadly passed on 10/08/2025.

Heidi was laid to rest at a private burial on 22/08/2025, which was her final wish.

In honour of my beautiful mum, who you all knew as ‘Heidi from Vishair’ I’m hosting a memorial at her salon Vishair Hairdressing, for her special clients who mum always said ‘are my family’

Sunday 14th September 2025
1.00pm to 3.00pm

Please RSVP (by commenting on this post) as this will allow me to cater for the event on the day.

We will have a book to sign, in which people can write memories, messages to Heidi or her family.

Shampoo’s, Conditioners, and all products will be available to purchase on the day (CASH ONLY as eftpos services are no longer available)

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our cherished Wife, Mum and Omie.

Heidi passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband, daughter and son-in-law on the 10th of August 2025. Heidi’s wishes were to be laid to rest prior to her passing being announced publicly.

A PRIVATE burial service to commemorate the life of Heidi was held on 22nd August 2025.

Heidi always said ‘my clients are my family’
On behalf of Heidi, we thank you all for your ongoing and continued support throughout the years.

Heidi celebrated 40 years of hairdressing this year, with approx 20 of which being such a proud business owner and operator of Vishair Hairdressing.

Vishair’s last day of trading, in which Heidi worked, was Wednesday 6th August 2025.
It is now time to close the chapter of Heidi’s beautiful Salon, in which she cherished.

In the coming weeks, we will announce a public memorial in honour of Heidi, which will be held at Vishair for all clients and friends to attend, to pay their respects to Heidi and say a final farewell to the salon.

Thankyou for your understanding at this extremely difficult time.
