Sometimes life has a funny way of working out exactly as it’s meant to.
What started as a simple lunch break quickly turned into something much bigger... the purchase of our future clinic home.
There was no grand plan that day. No intention to buy a building. Yet somehow everything fell into place at exactly the right time. Opportunities like this don’t come along often, and when they do, sometimes you just have to trust your instincts and take the leap.
Last Christmas, my incredible team gave me a special good luck charm as a gift. At the time it was a thoughtful gesture, but over the past 6 months it seems to have been the gift that keeps on giving. Whether it’s luck, timing, hard work, or a little bit of all three, this next chapter feels incredibly special.
As we look ahead to what comes next for LUSH, we’re filled with excitement, gratitude, and a genuine sense of possibility. There is so much work ahead, but we can’t wait to bring you along for the journey.

To celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re hosting an event unlike anything we’ve done before.
After months of planning, we’re excited to bring together an inspiring lineup of guest speakers, major international sponsors, and a room filled with incredible women for what promises to be a truly unforgettable experience.
This isn’t just a birthday celebration. It’s an evening designed to inspire, empower, educate and connect.

We’re searching for an experienced (minimum 3 years) Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator who is organised, proactive and capable of bringing structure to a fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a growing business as we embark on an exciting new chapter.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Ten years ago, LUSH began with a simple vision.
The plan was modest, to open a small clinic in Shepparton just two days a week and see where the journey would take us.
The very week we opened our doors, I would also welcome my beautiful daughter into the world.
Nothing could have prepared me for the reality of building a business while navigating life as a new mother. Every day felt like a balancing act between caring for a newborn and caring for a dream I was determined to bring to life.
Then, just nine months later, we discovered we were expecting our second child.
Suddenly, I was running a young business while preparing for two babies under two. There were sleepless nights, endless to-do lists, moments of doubt, and many days where simply making it through felt like an achievement.
But somehow, amidst the chaos, LUSH continued to grow.
What started as a clinic that was only ever meant to operate two days a week evolved into something far greater than I could have imagined. We’ve welcomed thousands of clients, built an incredible team, celebrated remarkable milestones, and established a reputation that extends well beyond our regional community.
Now, as we design the next chapter of LUSH and bring our vision for a new clinic to life, I can’t help but reflect on where it all began.
A small clinic. A newborn baby. Then another on the way.
For me, this journey has never just been about building a business. It’s been about showing my children especially my daughter what is possible when you believe in yourself, work hard, stay resilient and refuse to give up on a dream.
If LUSH has taught me anything, it’s that some of the most rewarding journeys begin with a leap of faith.
And while the last ten years have been unforgettable, I have a feeling the next ten are going to be even more exciting.
