Wine o’clock rants

Early morning RANT - sadly my pain levels are horrible but it got me thinking about trauma. Is trauma not just learning? Learning how to destroy yourself for others who have already destroyed themselves? Learning to be small, please, be someone else? The one major thing I did learn is that I was lucky to not become bitter like those people. I still hold love, even though I carry the grief. You are all worthy and more than enough ❤️🥀

My beautiful ranters, the piece I posted tonight says a lot. I have been homeless due to others unrealistic expectations. This is not where my life ‘should’ have been. I have dealt with so much “toxic” in all walks of life. I have no trust, but I am worthy as are you ❤️🥀
