What can you expect?
Massage treatments are customised to support your individual needs and wellness goals — helping to relieve tension, assist with injury recovery, improve mobility and circulation, support sports performance, and provide a space to relax, reset, and unwind. Following specific assessment techniques to determine what you need from your Massage session, you will then receive a targeted treatment, either as a one off or as part of a treatment plan. With over 10 years of Massage experience Jess will draw on a range of techniques including Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Pregnancy and Corporate seated massage. We offer a relaxed, professional environment and flexible hours including weekends and some evening.......but best of all we really care about you and how we can help you feel your best!
